The November MAAG meeting was held at Dead Cow Airport in west Wichita today with Earl Long serving up spaghetti. A variety of other side dishes and deserts left everyone full. The weather cooperated with highs in the upper 60's and light winds. Hard to believe for mid-November!
Approximately 55 people were in attendance along with about 10 airplanes. In addition to eating and hangar flying, we also recognized Earl's 75th birthday and Diane Curtis' birthday (she says she is 23, but we think there is a multiplier on that). Friends from the Wichita chapter of the CAF attended and raffled off a pop can airplane, donating the proceeds to the MAAG treasury. Thanks!
