Progress continues on the APM Restoration Center though it was one of those days where the project appeared 90% done with 90% to go. A crew from the Overhead Door Co. worked on getting the 12' x 40' Schweiss electric bi-fold door ready to hang while the Greiner Construction Co. crew continued with making the structure weatherproof. Friday should see the hangar door up and tied into the structure and the remaining roof panels and siding attached.
The majority of the roof panels and most of the siding has been finished but due to high winds Thursday afternoon the completion of that project had to be put off until Friday.
The hangar door crew working on attaching the new legs for the Schweiss bi-fold door. This particular door is a stand alone unit with it's own frame that once up will be tied into the building yet will not put a load on the building itself.
The door works! Getting it ready to stand up and attach to the Restoration Center Friday morning.
