On Thursday evening August 30th, the APM will host a reception in the APM Restoration Center for all attendees at the AAA/APM Fly-in (time to be announced). Refreshments will be served, a few official remarks will be made, and tape measures, plot listings and chalk will be available for those wishing to find and mark their plots.
We hope to be able to announce at that time that our "Buy-a-Foot" campaign has reached 100% of it's goal. Presently we've raised $65,725.00 towards our goal of $71,000.00 or 92.57%.
That translates to 2629 sq ft of the available 2840 sq ft leaving only 211 sq ft remaining.
If you haven't secured your sq ft (or feet) now is the time to join the cadre of AAA members, AAA & EAA Chapters, corporations, aviation leaders and notables in helping build the APM Restoration Center.
Come help us celebrate the milestone of having the basic structure of the APM Restoration Center completed and let's "pay off the mortgage" as it were and begin the next phase in making the APM Restoration Center operational!
