Mark Trimble of Branson, MO is planning on recreating a dawn to dusk flight from Columbus OH to Santa Monica, CA in the very same Culver Cadet. He is looking for some historical data on the flight to help in his planning.
Mark says: "I have some information on this flight but do not have the exact date, I understand it was June 1940.......do you have anything on it in your files?....as you may know I own the same plane number 102....and plan to try to beat their time.....Have a 100 hp O-200 engine, three blade Warp drive propeller and some other neat stuff to make the trip easiler.....anything that you might come up with could be a big help.....thanks........Mark Trimble."
