Cynthia Grant's Luscombe is flying again after a restoration by Joe Sills at Kitty Hill Airport, Leander, TX. Cynthia will be bringing her yet-to-be-named Luscombe to Blakesburg in a few weeks, along with Howard Hollinger in WSA.
